Gluten Free Dim Sims
This week we tried Gluten Free Dim Sims from the Su Xin Dim Sum Collection and the experience was a good one!
The manufacturers get immediate points for making “Gluten Free” clearly visible on the front. However there is a distinct lack of anything gluten related in the nutritional information.
I cooked them in the air fryer so they took longer to brown than was hinted in the cooking instructions. However, it was worth it since they had great flavour. We’ll definitely be getting them again!
